Prayer Requests
January 27, 2010--For God to prepare the hearts of the host families and hosted children that He has planned for this summer's hosting.
January 27, 2010--For missionaries in Latvia who are reaching out to orphans and children often targetted by abusers. May their work be productive, protective, and protected.
January 27, 2010--For our friends in Latvia as they live through this extremely cold winter. Many don't have adequate (or any!) heat in their homes. With temperatures falling below zero F most days recently, it's COLD!
January 27, 2010--Praises for a wonderful hosting, and continued prayers for the children as they return to life in Latvia.
December 11, 2009--For the hosted children and Ilga the chaperone as they travel to Atlanta on December 15th.

June 23, 2009--Pray for plans for our next mission trip to Latvia.
June 23, 2009--Pray for the families who are in the process of adoption. The process itself isn't fun; pray for encouragement and ease, as well as for funding.
June 23, 2009--Pray for the hosted children coming to the US July 2-30, as well as for the host families. Everyone is excited! Pray that God will work miracles in hearts this summer, and that the children will experience His unconditional love through the host families.
April 12, 2009--Pray for host families for the Latvian children for this summer's hosting.
April 13, 2009--Pray for financial provision for Hope For Children and for God to bless the work they do in Latvia. Also, please pray for $3,000 needed for renovations of their facilities.
April 13, 2009--Please pray for provision for our 2009-2010 plans, including renovation projects, orphanage outreach with seven orphanages, foster family outreach, mission trips, and hostings, among other projects.
